About

Grace Clinic was founded in June 2005 to provide care to the residents of the Yadkin Valley area in northwestern North Carolina.

The clinic started as a heartfelt desire to serve the needs of low-income residents lacking medical insurance and access to non-emergency health and wellness care. It has grown into a vital ministry supported by a remarkable network of dedicated pastors, health care professionals, community leaders, congregations, donors, and volunteers.

A member of the North Carolina Association of Free Clinics and funded by the Yadkin Valley United Fund, the Yadkin County United Fund, the Winston-Salem Foundation, and local churches, businesses, and individuals.

Grace Clinic provides basic health care services and health education at little or no cost. Our goal is to help you get healthy and stay healthy.
